How to Donate

Donations are all The Michelle Kwan Forum runs on to survive so we truly appreciate whatever members can donate. Currently we have no system in place where donations/subscribers get special features, but we are still in the process of deciding what features we are able to offer those who donated. It would be helpful to have some feedback in regards to what you guys might like to see subscribers or donators receive, as we have been brainstorming and have come up with pretty much nothing :).

There is currently three methods to donating.
1) Directly to our web server using Paypal
2) to Grace through Paypal
3) or to Grace by check.

Grace deals with the payments to the web host, which is why the donations go to her.

1. DIRECTLY TO WEBHOST:
   Our host, ASmallOrange.com has set up a useful tool where users can donate directly to them that will be credited towards our next bill. However, they only accept Paypal, so users wanting to use credit card or other means cannot use this avenue for donations: http://www.asmallorange.com/extras/donate/?id=5669
2. USING PAYPAL DIRECTLY:
   Please make all PayPal donations to gracemkf [ at ] gmail [ dot ] com. (E-mail address is not written out in normal terms to prevent spam)
3. BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
   We prefer money order because it is safer. If we had our choice we would find some way to use credit card. It is unfair to us to have bounced checks as it only dings our credit if the check you use bounces. So please make sure you are using correct checks and have enough money in your account before you send out a donation. Please make all money orders and checks out to “Grace Shih”.
