My password isn’t working for my username from ezboard! What’s going on?
The new board (using vbulletin) is completely different from the old board (ezboard service). Due to the old information not being able to be ported over to the new board, you will have to re-register with a new (or old) screenname of your choice.
I never received my activation e-mail.
Many services, particularly AOL or Verizon will see the activation e-mail sent to you as spam and send it to your junk mail folders or immediately throw it out. So if you did not receive an activation e-mail from the forum, please contact us.
I can’t see Cloud Nine Downloads! Why?
Make sure you activated your account when you first registered. Again, if you have not received it, please contact us. If you have already activated your account, make sure you login. (Check ‘Remember Me’ if you are having trouble staying logged in.)
