Looks like you're progressing well. Good flow on the doubles and axel.

I'll offer some advice on the flip later Considering that I'm trying to get back onto the ice, I think I'll refrain from some pointers for a little while.

When you get a chance I would LOVE some flip advice....as you can see, I REALLY, REALLY need it!

Okay, so of the two double flips in your video, the second one is a bit better.

The very clear problem on both jumps, especially the first, is that you are actually pre-rotating your upper body before you even vault off the ice. On the first one, I can see your body almost doing a half turn before you even get up into the air.

The second easy thing to fix is the leg wrap. I'm actually surprised you have the wrapped leg in that jump but not the salchow or toe loop. I think maybe because you're still not comfortable, you are forcing your leg up just to make sure you land on one foot.

I personally always did (and hopefully will start doing again ) my double flip with a quick 3-turn and vault (while maintaining a nice knee bend in my take-off leg...very important to properly bend). Other skaters, like Cohen and Meissner, seem to do the 3-turn and then wait a bit before actually vaulting off the ice. What I would say for you is to practice some single flips and single flip/single loop combos with corrected technique of doing the 3-turn, making sure your entire body is squared in the correct position, and then doing a quick vault off the ice to rotate...always keeping a nice, strong back and your leg in the proper position. Proper repetition of the jump should help your double. And again, I would do a lot of single jumps to correct the technique. Otherwise, it'll be harder to correct improper technique if you get too used to doing your doubles that way.

For reference, here is a good angle of the double flip with the skater's body being in the proper position after the 3-turn and taking off into the air. Note the position of her body right before take-off:

Here's another great example using Michelle I like this one because the video has the lines to show what your body should look like. Also notice her take-off leg being nicely bent in order to get a good vault, and enough height:
