Kwanette, how could you not remember me

Cyn, how is it that we didn't meet up? Sorry, we missed each other. We will definitely have to get together now that Nationals is over with. I am thinking a Michelle Kwan World's party here at our house. I was going to invite you and Meems

    Thankyou so much kwanette!

I thoroughly enjoyed living nationals through your words - such beautiful words. You made me cry at the end! It was lovely. I'm so glad you went and had a blast especially since you've been through some tough times recently. I treasure our meetings and hope to have another soon!

kwanette, I loved reading your report. So funny and real. You can ramble on any time the urge hits you. Thanks for sharing.

    Ramble On,
And now's the time, the time is now
    To sing my song.

Thank you so much, Kwanette. Your ramblings of the event were witty and so touching. I felt like I was there and it makes me want to go to another event (I went to Worlds in DC) again!!

    Thank you!!!

kwanette, please don't make me teary at 8 AM! I have a whole day of work to get through! You and nymkfan51 and dell were the best breakfast buddies anyone could ever have. And I'm waiting for someone to make me a tomato and cheese omelet, too, Norma! With french toast! I'll have to teach Gracie to cook! And Dell was the best roommate and, yes, we are still speaking! SamChez was so much fun all week; and a big thanks for the ride to the airport. I felt like a diva! Thanks to Norma for the ride to Gwinnett center. And to Garden Kitty for all the FUN in the back seat! Everyone was so great all week, the sistas, the young uns from NY, the whole NY crowd, the non-NY crowd, absolutely everyone! I love you all!

Cool post, kwanette !!! I really enjoyed reading it!!

I definitely would have saved you if I could but I am really glad you were OK because I probably would have freaked out before I could do anything helpful!!!

And I donít think nymkfan51 could ever be cranky !!!

Loved reading this! I can just picture you all. I'm so mad I had to miss it. Of all times to be sick! I NEVER get sick! But I was lucky that my sister was able to stay with me - the two of us obsessed and fretted and checked the Forum constantly (one day she'll come out of lurkerdom) and screamed in front of the TV during Michelle's skate. And again as the Forum members were on TV, and again when we saw the marks. It's been great to come here to read the reports, relive it, and add all the details of what it was like there. Love this place!

I was referring to when you said you can't remember people's names Yes, no one can forget me

Seriously, the people I work with thought I was crazy for having people over my house that I didn't know personally. Then they thought I was crazy for going downtown to meet everyone. I just rolled my eyes and said, "it's a Michelle Kwan thing." They really don't understand.

I had so much fun that whole week I am hoping to make the 06' Nationals in St. Louis. I would love to go to Portland but, that is a tad bit far for me money wise. St. Louis is a lot closer.

I am full of smiles and gratitude for your thoughtful insight of "your" heart. I hope I meet you at the next event. Sounds like you are as kwanderful as your logon name. Thanks for the report!

You have me so teary-eyed Kwanette. Your words are always inspiring. I'm so glad you guys all had fun. It must have been amazing. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I can't wait for the chance to meet other MKFers...hopefully that will happen in Dortmund.

kwanette -- LOL! :rollin I LOVED your report! It was such a magical week it's so hard to get everything in order. Except, of course, for that one toscariffic skate And of course, for me, the experience would have been nothing without you. That quote in the paper -- being too nice, was really perfect, and I knew exactly what you meant. Thanks for dealing with me on sat evening when my "mission" went awry in the corridor! It was all taken care of though, of course, and the sign lives

About Dortmund, hey, I can just give you some tranquilizers, vodka, and my hand and you can sit next to me on the plane But you ARE going to Torino!!!!!

Schez...tranquilizers won't help...and 4 judges in SLC drank all of the good vodka...5 if you count Joe Inman...>:

Torino...I can think of nothing better than getting a call from Italy from one of the MKFers with good news...MK will be in good hands with all of those who are at the OLY...Maybe nymkfan51 will come down here and we can have a sleep-over...

Hmm, then, how about a portable DVD player and MK's greatest hits?

We're gettin' you there, somehow! Ooh, how about a cruise? :TOS

kwanette, maybe you can take the trolley to St Louis and sing the trolley song all the way! Why do I bet the younguns who haven't seen Gone With the Wind won't know the trolley song either?

Thank you for sharing your super wonderful report with us. I enjoyed reading every word of it from work and it totally made my day. I'm so glad you went to Atlanta and got famous. I really loved pointing you out to my parents and family and shouting "That's Kwanette, I know her from MKF!!!" Now I wish my Nationals tape didn't get messed up (WAAAAAAAH!!!) 'cause I wanted to see what taf looks like.

nymkfan51...I sang Tosca to taf on the phone the other night...OK, she said it didn't sound one bit like Tosca...

    Garden Kitty, The trolley! Yes!

Clang, clang, clang went the trolley,
Ding, ding, ding went the bell
kwanette is such a good sport
That she didn't clap when Michelle's competitors fell....

  24. #74

    Default LOL Kwanette...

Now that song is stuck in my head, Kwanified lyrics and all. You are a Saint...I clapped.
