Thread: "HI" from Michelle!

Thanks for sharing that experience Suzi. I didn't realize that Michelle sometimes fails to sign autographs ... I may have to re-think how I feel about her. This is quite a shock to me ... I need to go take a pill and rest now.
Please tell me you forgot the winky faces. You were being sarcastic, right?

I only wish I could see her in person after a show. I have no use for autographs, but I'd still like to be out there. COI and SOI both don't come to our neck of the woods anymore.

I didn't realize how necessary those and :b were until I read this! I guess it's a reminder to me how much does NOT sometimes come across about "tone" to everybody who might be reading posts here on MKF and what seems obvious to me, might not necessarily be so to others. Thinking back on some things I written over the past five years, taken literally. Now *I* might need to take a pill and lie down.

    Default Thanks

Thanks for sharing your stories everyone! I think we all realize that Michelle is only human and sometimes, no matter what she does, there will be people who'll be disappointed. Heck, I have a lot fewer demands on my time than Michelle does, and even in my own life there are times when I feel like no matter how hard I try there are still things I'm not able to do for people that I'd like to do. However, I know that as long as I've done my best, and I tried to have a positive impact on the people around me, that's all I can do (and all I should expect of myself or anyone else).

Thanks also for pointing out the other skaters who take the time to interact with their fans when they can and who seem to appreciate when their fans show sincere affection and appreciation for their hard work. I think most skaters do appreciate their fans' support and realize that even a quick interaction can be a wonderful experience for a fan. I think it is great that so many use their celebrity to have a positive impact on the people around them!

    Default FUN people

Garden Kitty, what a wonderful post, so well said!

    That's what I'm talking about!!!

It's all fun people, we're all fans of Michelle (well, I assume all who post in MK chat are) and many other skaters. Fun stories, fun times, fun memories.....FUN.

As a fan and a human, I would never expect my favorite, or favorites to act or behave a certain way. I would just be happy to see them, and heck, if I were lucky enough to get a smile, a handshake, a hello, or an autograph...that would just be a bonus and a very special thing for me, as a fan. That's what makes all the hundreds of personal and special moments people have told here since 1999 so wonderful. They all have had that wonderful moment with Michelle.

    How cool is that!!!!! :FBO

Erin, I hope things don't get mixed up. It would be a shame if hot dancer boy arrives, and he's just delivering a storm door!

Norma-I'm afraid epoibim is too young for hot hot dancer boy. I think kwanette would have a better grasp.

Ummm, Erin is young enough to find a cute boy/man to serve her. No offense, Erin...you're just developing your skills...you'll get lucky soon. I still need a paint job AND a date...get right on that, will ya?

Ya know Sparks ... I could probably get you a good looking house painter, who would clean up real nice after his day work is done.

And the real question is ... who will get hot, hot dancer boy?

    Erin ... kwanette ... Erin ... kwanette ... Erin ... kwanette

I'll have to spend some time thinking about this one. Hmmm ...

But you are NOT Estella, so it doesn't count. I don't want Erin & kwanette to fight so I will take hot hot dancer boy off Norma's hands.

Kwortland is a'callin' ... It's only a tiny little plane ride Get a mild (or not so mild) sedative from your doctor and go for it!! You should be there If you're not, Michelle will be wondering why you didn't show up

Okay, then maybe some kind Kwortland attendee can give Michelle the message that kwanette will "meet her in St. Loueee." Ugh! That was really bad.

    Good luck with your plans!

Kwanette, if you don't come to Portland we won't get the chance to serenade you on your birthday again.
