    Michelle Kwan attended Women's Sports Foundation's 29th Annual Salute to Women in Sports in new York

    As for a career, there might be a return to skating, or she may continue down the path she's currently on. She said another State Department trip is in the near future in her role as a U.S. Public Diplomacy Envoy
    "I see myself going on all different paths," Kwan said. "Maybe politician. There are a lot of things that I have gotten to experience on the surface. I don't know what's next. Perhaps grad school."
    Michelle, no matter what you are going to do, you are a great skater, and will be a great politician too.

    She looks absolutely fabulous in that dress. Purple is definitely her color. Michelle comes across in the interview as very happy
    and content with her life, what more can a fan ask for. Thanks for posting the article.

    Her gown is GORGEOUS!!! Oh my...I think it's probably my favorite that she's worn. That color is stunning on her. And she looks SO happy. I miss seein' that smile more often.

    Saw the great pics yesterday, thanks to everyone. But somehow missed the article.

    After reading Michelle's words, I think I can finally say, although I'd love to see her skate, I believe I can be content if she doesn't return to competition or even exhibition. She sounds so excited and happy. How could I be anything but excited and happy for her?

    Michelle, I don't know if you secretly read these or not, but if you do I want to say, whatever you do, do it with all that's within you, as you always have, and have fun doing it.

    Is it me, or has she *never* looked better? The dress is spectacular! I love the color, the fit, the little train, and I bet the color is even more stunning in person. I love her long hair and her smile. She's like the Kween of the women athletes.
