View Full Version : A GOOD SIGN

December 16th, 1999, 11:36 AM
Today I was thinking that if Michelle wins the gold in SLC 2002, she will be the seventh olympic champion for the women figure skating in the U.S. I think it is a good sign. Michelle birthday is July 7, 1980. She was born in the SEVEN month of the SEVEN day of that year. July- SEVENTH MONTH OF THE YEAR 7-THE DAY SHE WAS BORN 7-THE SEVENTH OLYMPIAN CHAMPION FOR THE U.S. WOMEN FIGURE SKATING. NOW, IS THAT A GOOD SIGN OR WHAT. YOU TELL ME......

I think that might be stretching it a little bit, but heh, I'll take anything I can as a promising sign! Let's go burn some incense!

I'm sure glad that Michelle wasn't born on the 6th day, of the 6th month, and was the 6th Olympic Gold medalist for the USA because that's 666. :)

This is so funny. If Michelle was born on the 6th day, of the 6th month, and was the 6th gold medalist... it would be 666... that adds up to 18! The age she was in 1998. Wow. :)

Apparently every US ladies Olympic Champion was born on a month starting with "J". Good thing that includes July then! :-) Lara Michele :-)

LOL Karin! And MK has 2 siblings. She goes to UCLA which has 4 letters in its acronym. AND she is #1 in our book! 2+4+1= 7!!!

December 17th, 1999, 04:14 PM
LOL what a coincidence-I hope she does well ;)

December 17th, 1999, 04:59 PM
LOL!!! This was SUCH a funny thread!! :D I always have believed that 7 is a lucky number, though...Hopefully MK will have lots of good luck in Salt Lake City!

I don't have a sign, or a clue. But I do hope you all are right!

This is a great thread! I myself plan to light some candles during the Olys -- nonstop, but safely. Light carries great energy and is a holy thing in its own right. It focuses one's concentration and help greatly to carry love and goodness where you want it to go. come to think of it, I need to do that from now on for every competition. So far our darlin' is doing just fine this year. Ain't she a wonder?? mkDragon

I hope you are right. In the mean time, I also hope she rises above all the occasions and wins whether the signs say she should win or not. BTW, these messages are so cute!

Icare, ITA. I think this whole thread is super cute! I was LoL because the whole thread had too many things that were very coincidental!

December 19th, 1999, 10:55 PM
Every U.S. Olympic champion has had bangs too... NOW MK HAS BANGS!!! :)

December 20th, 1999, 05:52 AM
Peggy didn't have bangs when she won did she???...I dunno...Anywayz...MK will win!!! Ahhhh!!!

December 20th, 1999, 12:35 PM
The first time MK won the worlds was 1996... 1) 1996 2) 1997 3) 1998 4) 1999 5) 2000 6) 2001 *7) 2002*

It was reported that a Hedgehog came up early this year too. Apparently it saw its shadow 7 times and did a jig followed by the achy breaky afterwards before jumping back into the hole where it lives. According to forecasters, this bodes well for Michelle 'cause if you calculate the x + y/7 = 6.0 with x=jig and y=achy breaky divided by 7. Thus you get 6.0 = MK = win. I like this sign stuff, heehee.

December 20th, 1999, 03:54 PM
you all are cracking me up!!

December 20th, 1999, 04:43 PM
Oh my god. This is too weird, can you guys please stop; it's starting to freak me out. There are just too many coincidences. *hail to the hedgehog..'don't break my heart, my achy breaky heart'

Jamie, I experienced a minor moment of panic when you said that you were glad Michelle wasn't the 6th gold medalist born on the 6th day of the 6th month. I started thinking of the 6th gold medalist, who was actually born on the 6th month, but I wasn't sure about the day. I hopped over to the skater's web site and found that her date of birth was the tenth of June. So she missed it by four days, thank goodness. It really wouldn't matter, but it would be kind of creepy. So I am much relieved. I think this thread is hilarious, but if I think about this topic too much it seems to cause me trauma! :-) Not really... but it's pretty funny to see all the signs we can read into it if we think about it for any length of time!

I want Sarah Hughes to be our 8th gold medalist... lets figure out some signs with her! Hehe. :)
