Turned off "Last Post" Feature during Olympics

Due to the possibility of everyone accidentally getting spoiled during the Olympics, I have turned off the Last Post feature in the meantime.

Everyone should pray for Michelle as this is probably her last olympics and there is already talk of her withdrawing. I hope and pray she is able to compete and that she finally wins that elusive gold medal. If she does win, it will be one of the greatest olympic stories ever. Good luck Michelle

I was so saddened to see that Michelle had pulled out of the Olympics. She’s an amazing athlete and such a treasure to US Figure Skating. She was so courageous and gracious and I know this decision must have been very difficult for her. But I hope she knows how much her fans love her and wish her the best. I cannot wait to see what her next step is and continue to look forward to more amazing programs from her! We love you Michelle!

I hope that Michelle knows the gifts she has given her “true” fans who have been so blessed over these past years to see all she has accomplished, not only for the field of figure skating, but as a wonderful athlete and person as well. I am sure it wasn’t an easy decision for Michelle to decide to withdrawal from the 2006 Winter Olympics, but it certainly was a courageous one. No matter what Michelle decides to do next I know she will be a success. She has had her share of advertisities and triumphs in her athletic career, and it’s how we handle challenges that will show the type of people we choose to be. I hope that Michelle has a bright and beautiful future and doesn’t allow this situation to rule her life. It has been such a privilege to watch Michelle’s skating over the years, and your true fans, Michelle, wish you the best.
